Terms of service

These service details explain the proposed project scope. They become part of a purchase only after the legal operator is identified and the final written quote is accepted. This website accepts enquiries and does not take online payments.

Scope and price

The standard service is £699 GBP for one website with up to 5 content pages, one language, responsive layouts, basic SEO metadata, two consolidated revision rounds, source files and one compatible-host deployment. The written quote confirms exact pages, final tax treatment, schedule and any additional costs before payment.

Client responsibilities

You provide complete, accurate text, licensed images, brand assets and necessary access. You confirm you have the rights to supplied materials. Additional functionality and changes beyond the accepted brief require a separate agreement.

Schedule and acceptance

The target is 10-15 working days from payment, accepted scope and receipt of all materials. This is an estimate confirmed against availability, not an unconditional deadline. We provide a preview and two feedback rounds. Final acceptance is confirmed in writing; silence alone is not acceptance.

Payment

PayPal payment links or invoices are planned. Payment is requested only after scope is confirmed. This is a one-time purchase, with no automatic renewal. Never pay an unverified recipient or send money using a personal friends-and-family transfer for this purchase.

Ownership

Once the agreed fees are paid, you receive the agreed source files and rights to the custom work as specified in the quote. Third-party fonts, software, assets and services retain their own licence conditions.

Support and exclusions

Domains, recurring hosting, third-party fees and ongoing maintenance are excluded unless agreed. Defects against the approved scope should be reported by email; the quote will define the correction period. We do not guarantee search positions, revenue or approval by payment or advertising platforms.

Cancellation and rights

See the refund policy. Nothing here removes mandatory consumer rights or excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. The supplier identity and applicable project terms are confirmed in the written quote before purchase.
