Is £699 a subscription?
No. £699 GBP is a one-time fee for one website within the package scope. Domains, hosting and paid third-party services are separate. Any applicable taxes and the final amount are confirmed before payment.
Can I pay with PayPal?
PayPal is the planned payment method. We confirm your brief first, then provide a merchant-generated payment link or invoice when payment is available. Never send payment to an unverified email address.
What do I need to provide?
Your logo or brand preferences, final text, images you have rights to use, contact details and access to any hosting or domain account needed for launch.
Are shops, booking systems and apps included?
The standard package can link to your existing external booking, shop or signup service. Custom checkout, memberships, databases, advanced integrations and ongoing maintenance require a separate quote.
What if I need to cancel?
The proposed project terms offer a full refund. After work begins, a cancellation refund reflects work completed and agreed non-recoverable costs. Statutory rights remain unaffected. Read the refund policy for details.
