Information we receive

Browsing may produce hosting access and security logs. If you email us, your email provider and ours process your name, email address, message and attachments. Do not send passwords, identity documents or payment card details by email.

How information is used

Enquiry information is used to reply, discuss a project and, where applicable, perform an agreed contract. Security logs help operate and protect the website. Relevant legal bases may include pre-contract steps, contract performance, legitimate interests and legal obligations. Optional tracking would require consent where applicable.

Payments and providers

PayPal invoicing is planned as an external payment provider and is not yet enabled. When activated, PayPal handles payment details under its own privacy statement. We do not ask for or store full card numbers. Cloudflare Pages hosts this website and Cloudflare processes requests and security information. Enquiry emails are handled through Gmail. These providers may process information internationally under their own privacy terms. See Cloudflare privacy information and Google privacy information.

Storage and retention

A localStorage preference record stores your cookie choices on this device. Project and enquiry information is retained only as necessary for its purpose, disputes and applicable record-keeping obligations. You can ask about the retention of a particular enquiry by contacting us. Contract and payment record requirements are explained with the project agreement.

Your choices and rights

You can change browser preferences through Cookie settings, clear site storage, or email us regarding access, correction or deletion. Applicable rights and complaint authorities depend on your jurisdiction.

Advertising

No Google AdSense or analytics scripts are currently installed. If Google advertising is introduced, this policy and the consent platform must be updated first. Google and other vendors may use cookies based on prior visits to this and other sites; Google advertising cookies can enable personalised advertising. You can manage this through Google Ads Settings or industry opt-out tools. These future disclosures do not mean advertising is currently active.
