Refund policy

This describes the proposed cancellation arrangements for a one-time website development service. Final terms are supplied with your quote before payment. Contact luhuairong7@gmail.com with your order reference, payment date and reason; do not include card details.

Before work starts

You may cancel for a full refund before development work has begun.

After work starts

We will explain the work completed and any third-party costs that you previously approved. Any cancellation deduction must be justified by that work and those non-recoverable costs, with the remaining balance refunded. There is no blanket “no refunds” rule.

Problems with delivery

If the site does not meet the agreed scope, contact us so we can investigate and offer a correction or an appropriate remedy. Your statutory rights remain unaffected, including any applicable cancellation rights. Starting during a statutory cancellation period requires the appropriate explicit request and disclosures.

Refund method

Approved refunds are returned through the original payment provider where possible. PayPal and your financial institution control the time for funds to appear. No fixed processing time is guaranteed by this site.
